We strive to process your order as quickly as possible. It generally takes 24–48 hours for your order to be ready for shipment. Please note: Since our factory is closed on holidays and during certain times of the year (August / Christmas), processing times may be longer.

 

The average delivery time for our carriers once your package has been picked up is between 2 and 5 days.  

Delivery of Customized Products

Due to the time required to manufacture your custom products, the time between the confirmation of your order and its handover to the carrier is generally 6 to 8 weeks. These timeframes may vary depending on the availability of components. In any case, our team will keep you informed of the progress of your order.

Shipping costs for mainland France

Shipping is free in metropolitan France for all orders totaling 50 euros or more. 

 

For all orders totaling less than 50 euros, shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart when the order is placed. 

 

Shipping costs are calculated based on the package's net weight, the selected shipping method, and the destination.

International shipping costs

For all international orders, shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart when you place your order.

If you are unable to place an order because the destination country does not appear in the list of available destinations, please contact us. Our team will specifically look into the possibility of shipping to your destination country.
